# Permissible Use Agreement

**Purpose**: To outline the acceptable and prohibited uses of Satoshi Terminal’s platform, data, analytics, and tools, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

**2. Permissible Uses**

By signing this agreement, the user (referred to as "Subscriber") agrees to use Satoshi Terminal’s services for the following permissible purposes:\
2.1. **Research and Analysis**:

* Conducting financial research, market analysis, and investment decision-making.\
  2.2. **Personal or Institutional Investment**:
* Managing cryptocurrency portfolios, executing trades, and monitoring performance.\
  2.3. **Academic and Educational Purposes**:
* Utilizing data for academic studies or non-commercial educational purposes with proper attribution.\
  2.4. **Internal Use**:
* Integrating data within the Subscriber’s internal systems for operational purposes, subject to applicable licensing agreements.

**3. Prohibited Uses**

The Subscriber agrees **NOT** to engage in the following activities:\
3.1. **Illegal Activities**:

* Using the platform for any activities that violate local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to:
  * Insider trading.
  * Money laundering.
  * Fraud or misrepresentation.

3.2. **Data Redistribution**:

* Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing data, reports, or analytics provided by the platform to third parties without explicit authorization.

3.3. **Unethical Practices**:

* Using the platform to manipulate markets, spread false information, or engage in other unethical activities.

3.4. **Reverse Engineering**:

* Modifying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering proprietary tools, models, or algorithms provided by the platform.

3.5. **Excessive API Usage**:

* Exceeding API rate limits or deploying automated systems that overload platform resources without prior approval.

3.6. **Unauthorized Access**:

* Attempting to access, modify, or retrieve data or tools outside the Subscriber’s authorized scope.

**4. Compliance with Regulatory Standards**

4.1. **Adherence to Laws**:

* The Subscriber agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of financial data and analytics.\
  4.2. **Global Regulations**:
* Subscribers in jurisdictions governed by the SEC, FCA, ESMA, or equivalent authorities agree to adhere to specific rules and guidelines set forth by these bodies.

**5. Monitoring and Enforcement**

5.1. **Platform Oversight**:

* Satoshi Terminal reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with this agreement.\
  5.2. **Violation Penalties**:
* Violations of this agreement may result in:
  * Suspension or termination of account access.
  * Legal action or referral to regulatory authorities.
  * Financial penalties for damages caused by prohibited activities.

**6. Limitation of Liability**
